Safety and Comfort

Climate-controlled rigs with interior cameras keep animals calm and monitored. Horses travel with 24/7 hay and water; long hauls include vetted horse-hotel layovers. We schedule rest breaks every 2–4 hours, secure all crates/stalls, and sanitize between trips. No sedation; oral meds only with clear instructions from your vet. Clear text updates from pickup to delivery. Insured carrier; USDOT + MC listed.

  • Negative Coggins + Health Certificate ≤ 30 days, current vaccinations
  • Safe loading area; disclose temperament (calm/green/anxious)
     

Dogs & Cats

  • Current vaccination 
  • Health Certificate: ground ≤ 30 days; flight nanny ≤ 10 day 
  • Crated travel (S/M/L available); one comfort item okay
     

All animals

  • No sedation; oral meds only with clear instructions
  • Minimum age 8 weeks for puppies/kittens
  • Not transporting cattle (current trailer not configured)


How Booking Works

  2. We confirm route, timing window, and paperwork 
  3. Deposit (non-refundable) to reserve your slot 
  4. Payment: cash, check, or Venmo (balance at pickup or split at pickup/delivery) 
  5. Text updates: pickup ✅ • midpoint ✅ • ETA  

Emergency moves are considered when possible. Text “EMERGENCY” with details.
