What to do when the unexpected happens

What Qualifies as an Emergency

  • Evacuations: weather, fire, barn closure, unsafe conditions
  • Stranded travel: failed transport/ride, unexpected seller/buyer timing
  • Vet-directed relocation: move to clinic, quarantine barn, or safer housing
  • Short-notice family moves: owner illness, housing changes, deployments

If you’re unsure, text us—we triage fast and tell you what’s possible.
